I know how every person think their problem is very unusual and not important to others hence keeping it to themselves is what they feel is the best but let me tell you, it’s the worst you can do to yourself. Not exaggerating at all, overthinking causes depression, stress, anxiety, insecurities and so much that totally cuts you off the world and you’re just stuck in an imaginary room with just thoughts around you. The thoughts forces you to think over it again and again until it sucks every bit of happiness out of you. .
I’m not asking you guys to share everything with everyone but we all have a trustworthy person in our lives being it your parents, siblings, friends, spouse, anyone! I just want to let you guys know that everything you keep to yourself makes you think of the worse possible scenario which, with time, seems to be real but it isn’t actually. It’s still not late guys, glance at your inner self. Do not shut it out, the inner you is the real you! If you don’t like what the other person said or did then tell them that! If you feel like you did something you shouldn’t have, apologise rather than overthinking! If you think there’s a misconception between you and another person, talk it out! Communicate! It’s very important.
I don’t want anyone of you out there to think you are alone. There’s always going to be someone looking out for you without you knowing it. & if not, I’m always here but please please please talk, communicate, express what you feel, if you don’t do that right now, you’ll shatter with the coming years and trust me, the world is VERY cruel, not everyone is lucky to find supportive people. So, if you have people who look out to you, keep them safe.💓
